The Grey Lotus are mercenaries and thugs who thrive on coin and conflict. They are not subtle, nor do they try to be — their reputation is built on strength, intimidation, and a willingness to fight for whoever pays the most.

Structure

The Grey Lotus is loose in organization. Leaders rise from those who can command respect through violence, charisma, or sheer stubbornness. Bands of sellswords gather under banners for as long as the pay lasts, then scatter when it runs dry.
