Overview

Paisley, known as the Mad Merchant, is bound to the service of the Black Lotus by a curse or oath he no longer remembers. Death will not release him; attempts have been made, all failed. Instead, he wanders on, trading and scheming, blaming strangers and allies alike for his plight.

Acts as the **primary intractable NPC** for the server.
Found in a little-used corner of the Sunken Drunk, waiting to be stumbled upon.
